A house that embraces the bay
Single-family house on the Albir hillside, south-facing with open sea views. Slab on released columns opens the ground floor to the terrace and pool. Local stone in contrast with minimal joinery.

A 19th-century party wall that breathes again
Full restoration of a terraced house in Altea's old town. Original rubble walls are preserved and an interior courtyard with orange trees is opened across both levels. Bespoke kitchen and bathrooms in local ceramic.

Two volumes that follow the slope
House on a hillside plot with a 14-metre drop. Two stepped volumes minimise visual impact and create three terraces facing the Mediterranean. Flat roofs with local lavender and rosemary, irrigation via collector system.
Calpe · 120 m²
An interior that disappears facing the sea
Interior refurbishment of a penthouse overlooking Calpe's fishing harbour. Palette reduced to three materials: natural oak, hydraulic lime and oxidised steel. Concealed joinery in continuous planes. Indirect lighting that disappears into the ceilings.

Extension without felling a tree
Renovation and extension of a country house set among century-old olive trees. The new volume is raised on columns to respect the roots and connects to the original house via an open walkway. Lateral overflow pool that preserves the topography.
Albir · 180 m²
A venue that works with what it has: the light outside
Full design of a restaurant on Albir's seafront promenade. Façade redesigned as a light filter using vertical wooden slats. Open kitchen with local produce display. Activity licence processed as part of the commission.
