This is how the studio works on a typical residential project. Timescales vary according to complexity and to the speed of the relevant town hall.
Listening and site visit
First meeting, no obligation. Visit to the plot, understanding of the brief and of the way you live.
Outline design
Volumetric studies, solar orientation, proposed materials and preliminary cost estimate.
Technical project and permit
Outline project, technical project and full municipal processing, including geotechnical and energy-efficiency studies.
Site supervision
Weekly technical oversight, coordination with the main contractor and trades, regular reports to the client.
Handover and aftercare
Reception of the works, building logbook, energy-performance certificate and support during the first months of use.
