The Costa Blanca has its own light, climate and topography. A house in Altea is not the same as a house in Madrid, nor is it a house from a catalogue. Every project begins with its setting: how the sun enters in January, where the sea wind comes from, which materials age well with salt in the air.
Few projects, full attention.
The studio deliberately limits the number of projects running in parallel. That means the architect is present at every meeting, every site visit and every technical decision. There are no intermediate layers reinterpreting the project.
Spanish, English, Dutch and German.
Full service in four languages throughout the process. Technical documentation is delivered in Spanish (as required by law) with a summary in the client's language where appropriate.
